Please schedule as many classes as possible to insure time slots.
Same day walk-ins will not be allowed to train.

Tuesday:      5:30am / 6:30am / 7:30am / 8:30am
Wednesday:   5:30am / 6:30am / 7:30am / 8:30am
Thursday:     5:30am / 6:30am / 7:30am / 8:30am
Friday:        5:30am / 6:30am / 7:30am / 8:30am

CrossFit P.M. schedule

Monday: 4:30pm / 5:30pm / 6:30pm
Tuesday: 4:30pm / 5:30pm / 6:30pm
Wednesday: 4:30pm / 5:30pm /6:30pm
Thursday: 4:30pm / 5:30pm / 6:30pm
Friday: 4:30pm / 5:30pm / 6:30pm

CrossFit weekend schedule

Saturday: 8:00am / 9:00am / 10:00am

Sunday: rest or race
