We have a couple of options here at Crossfit428 to fit any persons needs.


Fundamental Course - $120 

At CrossFit 428 your safety is our utmost priority. In order to ensure high level of efficacy in your workout we have set up the fundamentals classes. These classes are designed to give the new member a general overview of basic CrossFit terminology, fundamental movements and a sampling of what CrossFit is all about. Upon completion of the fundamentals sessions you will be able to join our regular scheduled classes.

 

Monthly Memberships - we offer 3 types of memberships:

  • 3 Month Agreement $150.00/month (base price)
  • 12 Month Agreement $135.00/month 10% discount
  • 18 Month Agreement $120.00/month 20% discount


Drop-in Rate - $20 per class

Personal Training - Varies by Coach

Class Description

  • General CrossFit - This will be your typical Daily WOD (Work Out of the Day).  If you have been with CF428 for less than 30 days, we may change the posted WOD to fit your current fitness level.
  • Fundamental Classes - General overview of basic CrossFit terminology, fundamental movements and sampling of what CrossFit is all about.
  • Bring a Friend! - This is our weekly introductory class that is open to anyone that is looking to learn about CrossFit.  If you have a friend that is interested, bring him/her by!
  • Yoga -Practicing yoga helps create a strong, flexible back, improves posture, firms your backside, stimulates abdominal organs, improves sciatica, and can help with asthma.  Increasing flexibility in your chest and shoulders (hello overhead work), improving wrist and grip strength, and improved breathing - you'd be crazy NOT to add this hour into your training
