Rates

We have a couple of options here at Crossfit428 to fit any persons needs.

Monthly Memberships - we offer 3 types of memberships:

  • 2 days a week $80.00
  • 3 days a week $90.00
  • Unlimited $115.00

On top of our general memberships, we also offer a "M2 Athletics Fit Club" membership at $80 per month.  You will have 2 training sessions per week and 2 running sessions.  *NOTE: olympic lifting is not done in this type of membership.


Drop-in Rate - $20 per class

Personal Training - Varies by Coach

**Monthly Membership Discounts - 20% discount on the above rates for Military, Teachers, Nurses, Students, and "First Responders"!!


Schedule

We offer classes 7 days a week for all our Athlete's Convenience!


Class Schedule:

  • M - F (General CrossFit):
    • 5:30am / 6:30am / 7:30am


  • Saturday (General CrossFit and Beginner):
    •  9:00am ("Bring a Friend") / 10:00am/Open Gym (by appointment only)


  • Sunday (Yoga and Open Gym):
    • Yoga: 9:00am

**Clinics: Every other Sunday at 10:00.  Topics TBD**.


Class Description

  • General CrossFit - This will be your typical Daily WOD (Work Out of the Day).  If you have been with CF428 for less than 30 days, we may change the posted WOD to fit your current fitness level.
  • Open Gym - The goal here is to work on technique with light weight.  Practice, Practice, Practice!!
  • Bring a Friend! - This is our weekly introductory class that is open to anyone that is looking to learn about CrossFit.  If you have a friend that is interested, bring him/her by!
